-SEASONS-
I think its pretty appropriate for this time due to the changing seasons in nature....or maybe in our lives....in our hearts and souls......

  1. Spring rains
Turn the pines black and the needles soft green
The air is wet and warm
    And the birds call, unceasing,
    To the climbing sun
    Spring

    The hot sun
Shines down on the pavement from its noon height
So hot you can't stand it
    And then the thunder rolls
And the storm comes and passes
    Summer

    Bright leaves
    Scarlet gold orange bursting color
    against a sky like sapphire
    Smoke rising from the bonfire
    We all give thanks
    For fall

    Bitter cold
Wind like a knife through jacket and sweater
    Breath clouds in the air
White winter sun and white winter moon
Stars so clear you could touch them
    Winter

  2. Our lives are as
    The seasons
    We're born
    We grow
    We live
    We die.
    But there is
    A reason
    For every day
    That will be
    That has come
    And that's
    Gone by.

  3. ECCLESIASTES 3:1-8 NIV
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven:
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.

  4. Seasons come, seasons go
    An ever-onward, lifelong flow
Striving each, in ways their own
God's love to show to all below

    Seasons come, seasons go
    Like the melting winter snow
When the lively Spring winds blow
O'er the hills and valleys old

    Seasons come, seasons go,
Summer sun, life and light pours
Flooding earth with rays so bold
    Filling hearts with joy untold

    Seasons come, seasons go
Leaves begin to turn to gold
    Crackling fires, scent of smoke
Tells the world, Fall has approached

    Seasons come, seasons go
    Softly, gently, oh so cold
    Drifting, tumbling, spiraling down
    Whitest marvel ever found, Snow

    Seasons come, Seasons go...

  5. It just left, ran along,
Left a shade, left a song,
    Don't you weep, it's return,
Will come back, you will learn,
    Welcome here, a new cloud,
    Sun comes up farther South,
Treat it well, the new day,
For we all hear, what you say,
It will just, but last a while,
You might as well, just learn to smile,
Do a leap, run and greet,
'Fore you know it, it will leave,
Are you puzzled, what's the reason?
Sit and rest, it's just a season!
